Ballyallia

The Ballyallia stage of the Junior Tour of Ireland is a fast, tactical stage based around Ballyallia Lake on the outskirts of Ennis, County Clare. It is typically Stage 5 of the race and features rolling roads, exposed sections, and a mix of open countryside and narrow turns that can lead to splits in the peloton. The finishing circuit around Ballyallia often produces aggressive racing, with strong teams trying to control breaks before a reduced bunch sprint or late attack decides the stage.
